Click here to download REGISTRATION FORM Registration FeesCongress registration fees are divided into Regular and Student fees. Students must provide a photocopy of their valid student card or equivalent when registering at the Congress. Different fees are available for ISA Members and Non-Members. ISA Members are scholars who have paid their individual membership fees for the current year to the ISA Secretariat in Madrid. Regular registration fees have been divided into 3 categories, A, B and C. Delegates must identify the category in which their country of residence is classified (the category classification table can be found on page 15). Delegates accepted abstracts will not be included in the final program unless they have paid their registration fee by 31 May 2006. Accompanying persons and Daily registrationRegistration for Accompanying persons and Daily registration will be available for purchase at the Registration Desk. Accompanying person fees R450 includes: - access to the Opening Reception and the Beach Party; - use of shuttle buses Daily registration fee: R750 Delegate registration fees include:• Access into all Congress Sessions • Opening Ceremony Reception • Beach Party • Congress Bag • Congress Programme • Congress Name Badge • Shuttle to and from Congress for delegates staying in the following accommodation categories: A, B, C and D will be provided. Payment of Registration FeesBefore 31 May 2006 registration fees to be paid to the ISA Secretariat in Madrid, Spain in USD and after 31 May 2006 registrations to be paid to the LOC in South Africa and in SA Rands. Payments can be made using the accepted credit cards VISA and MASTER CARD or alternatively arrange a direct deposit into the LOC bank account, please clearly indicate your name and congress as the reference on direct transfers and fax a copy to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellation FeesAll cancellations of registration fees must be received in writing on or before 23 June 2006 and will be refunded to you in South African currency less an administrative fee of R350.00(South African Rand). No refund of registration fees will be possible if cancellations are received after 23 June 2006. Substitutions however can be made at any time. Please advise us of substitutions in writing so we can have the correct badge at the registration desk. Registration AcknowledgementsAll registrations will be acknowledged in an electronic format with confirmation of delegate requirements according to the submitted registration form and upon receipt of payment. Delegates who do not have access to the Internet/email will be faxed a copy of the registration acknowledgement. Registration Name BadgesEach delegate will receive a name badge when registering for the Congress, please ensure that you wear your name badge when attending any of the congress sessions and the social functions. Only delegates wearing their name badges will be admitted to the sessions and social functions. Registration and Information Desk The registration and information desk will be situated at the Durban International Convention Centre (ICC) and will be in operation during the following hours: Sunday 23 July 13h30 to 18h00 Monday 24 July 08h00 to 18h00 Tuesday 25 July 08h00 to 18h00 Wednesday 26 July 08h00 to 18h00 Thursday 27 July 08h00 to 18h00 Friday 28 July 08h00 to 18h00 Saturday 29 July 08h00 to 18h00 Social Events• The Opening Ceremony Reception to the XVI World Congress will be held at the International Convention Centre on Sunday 23 July 2006 from 18h00. • The Beach Party will be held on Durban’s North Beach on Friday 28 July 2006 from 20h00.
Transport will be provided from Category A, B, C and D hotels to and from the social events.
