Please note that the only equipment available in each of the venues is an overhead projector . If you require additional Audio Visual equipment please complete the downloadable order form (below) and return this directly, by fax (+27 31 360 1003), to the ICC. If you have any queries with regards to the equipment that you have ordered please contact the ICC directly and NOT the Congress Secretariat. The ICC will also provide data projectors for those participants whose sessios are being held in the DEC. Please be advised that these projectors are more expensive as they are able to be used in venues that are not very dark. You may use the downloadable forms below for both ICC and DEC requirements.
